Nominate a Family
Every year, CMoW members and supporters provide generous gifts that are given back to the community. These community gifts are awarded to families on a need and first come, first serve basis. You can nominate a deserving family for one Anytime Membership, includes two adults and all children in the household for one year, or up to 5 one time use Guest Passes. 
One nomination per family can be submitted per year.
